When Chef Matt Hinds was asked to take the popular Gitanes burger from our sister restaurant and turn it into a full blown concept, he did not disappoint!

Gburger is that fast casual neighbourhood burger joint that uses only the finest and most sustainable ingredients (real food, real fast) , partnering with local cattle farms such as Enright Cattle. Brews from some of the most amazing local breweries, and natural wine that will have your taste buds dancing alongside music that’ll have your hips shaking.

Our goal at Gburger is to provide a unique dining experience through the intersection of French chef driven cuisine and Canadian classic burger joints. The menu is made up of what we believe is a true homage to both genres of cuisine.

The interior design takes familiar elements of diner and fast food culture and brings them into a modern context. Neon signs, tile, and diner barstools, combine with curved plaster archways, mid century light fixtures, and bouclé woven chairs to achieve a sexier, more mature looking setting for burgers.

The GBurger Concept reinvents the fine dining experience and makes it approachable, familiar, and fun. And We can’t wait to host your next event!
